A post was written recently by @nordette about women of color bloggers and how hard it was find them and other women. The post by Jonathan reminds me of the fact that there were plenty of successful women we don't know about for various reasons.

He mentions being a marketing guru, is that the only way we to know about the successes of women. If they don't market themselves does that mean they didn't do great things? It's been a recent debate in the space from Shirky, Hodder and others about this. This article was just another reminder to me.
